How is this different from other fashion startup kits?+
Most DIY fashion kits are made by marketers who've never worked inside the industry. Every tool in this Vault was built by a fashion designer with a formal degree and 15+ years across major retailers and startup launches, spanning activewear, swim, intimates and RTW. You're getting systems shaped by real production cycles, real supplier behaviour and real launch timelines.
Do I need to be a designer to use this?+
No. It's made for beginners and first-time founders. No drawing skills or fashion background needed, the templates, scripts and guides walk you through each step.
What's the difference between Standard, Premium and the Lightning Launch Vault?+
Standard and Premium are both activewear-only and include the same templates, suppliers, guides and planning tools. Premium gives you 1,300+ sketches instead of 500+. The Lightning Launch Vault is every FashionFanBase tool across every category, including Fashion Brand HQ and every future update, for life.
What programs are supported?+
Sketches come as AI (Illustrator), PDF and PNG (Procreate, Photoshop, Affinity), and most also include SVG for Canva and Canva Affinity. Free programs like Inkscape and Krita work too. For full editing, Illustrator or Canva Affinity Vector are best. If you need a file type you can't see, let us know.
Can I use this with standard Canva?+
Yes. Upload the SVGs to edit main colours, add logos and build mockups. Adding patterns or prints isn't possible in standard Canva, so for that use the SVGs in Canva Affinity Vector or the PNGs in Canva Affinity Pixel.
How do I contact suppliers?+
The supplier list includes direct contact details, and the Supplier Strategy Guide gives you outreach scripts for email and DM, plus what to ask, how to vet a factory and how to avoid common first-timer mistakes.
